Wrestle and Win: The Wrestler's Guide to Strength, Conditioning, Nutrition and College Preparation is scheduled to be available in the middle of September. It has been published by Turtle Press and has been picked up by Barnes and Noble and will be carried by about 50 of their biggest stores. Some people are already ordering it from Amazon.com.
This twelve-chapter book is organized into three parts. You will learn about specific training programs to peak your strength and cardiovascular system, how to make weight the easy way and also a step-by-step process (complete with a checklist) to get yourself recruited by college coaches. There are examples of letters to write to introduce yourself to coaches and a ranking of the top 10 teams in NCAA I, II, III, NAIA and junior college.

I have included a chapter with stability limited exercises. Pictured in the chapter are dozens of exercises you do when you are slightly off balance, such as standing on an exercise ball or lifting with one dumbbell instead of two which unbalances the load. Adding these exercises to traditional lifting will give you the "farmer strength" so crucial for wrestlers.
There is a also a section of injury preventing exercises for the lower back, neck and shoulders. An entire chapter is dedicated to supplements and how to be an educated consumer. There are four supplements that I think will help wrestlers. I have written about them and also about how much you need to take.
